We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location just outside of the city center, and the helpful staff. The rooms were super clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with one of the best cooking facilities I have seen for the price. The location just outside of the city center was convenient, as it provided a peaceful and quiet environment while still being close enough to easily access the attractions of this city. The staff were friendly and were really good too resolve any issues, such as when we had a problem with our door lock.

No negatives from this place. Everything about this hotel was excellent and contributed to a enjoyable stay.

Residence Diamanterosso Terni is a great base for business travelers like me. the location is just outside of the city center, providing a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. the rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities. the bathroom is well-maintained and offers a refreshing shower after a long day of work. the service is prompt and helpful, ensuring all my needs were met. the breakfast spread is delicious and varied, giving me the energy I need to start my day. the view from the room is breathtaking, with scenic landscapes stretching out before me. the facilities, especially the cooking area, are top-notch, making it convenient for me to prepare my own meals and save money.

The cooking facilities in this hotel were great, and among the best I've seen in this price range. It was so convenient being able to cook my own meals. the location was also quite good, close to public transportation and within walking distance of some great cafes and shops. One other advantage was the resolution of my door lock issue, which was eventually resolved after some difficulties.

My experience at this hotel was largely negative. There was no one at reception when I arrived, and it was hard to communicate with the staff because of the language barrier.

I had a great time during my new year stay. The facilities offered were really good - two cooking areas made it easy for me to cook whenever I wanted. , the location was perfect - close to the main street and all the local attractions. One of the best aspects was the comfortable bed that helped me have a good night's sleep.

My experience wasn't all positive. The reception wasn't manned when I arrived, and some of the staff had difficulty communicating in English.
